Despite the controversies Uttar
Pradesh has gained because of political turbulence still it lies in the safer
side when it comes to the growth of the GDP of the nation. There exists an
industry that is doing well as a thrust of the rapid urbanization that is
taking place around. Corporate houses, IT Parks, SEZ and educational hubs have
preoccupied the state. To make the people working here to have the stay
residential apartments in Uttar Pradesh are being built. Houses with ultra
luxuries and modern amenities are facilitated. To avail their connectivity and
accessibility roads, bridges and highways were constructed.
Real estate India was
transforming into a bigger size. Apart from commercial houses residential units
were being planned out. High rise constructions were promoted upon finding the
scarcity of open spaces. This was an optimal solution for the consumption of
lands, water and power supply. Safety and security too were ensured with these.
With so much construction projects taking place they paved the scope for
employments. Maids, servants, housekeeping staffs and securities were kept for
gofer jobs. Thus, the slum dwellers got the respite from their poverties and
were indulged as minions. The real estate industry also
laid the scope of opportunities for employments for the fresh graduates.
The immovable properties were
sold like hot cakes. Still people were intrigued in getting into the affairs.
This was intended for resale, or putting them at lease or at rent. People
bought the properties and expected appreciation of invested amount. This was
quite obvious as commercialization was at peak. Even the Indians staying
overseas showed interest in buying of lands and buildings for their possible
comebacks. However, there was the illicit implication of the illegal people and
of the cities development authorities in allotting flats and apartments. At
this moment of time one thing can be suggested and that is the government like
that of Singapore should look into the business so that neither fall victim.
The properties once purchased
were expected to soar high in terms of prices. It was growth on investment
made. The people in power took advantage of this but the good news was that the
real estate industry stood next to agriculture in generating employment and
revenue. Cities after cities were planned and implemented and the job seekers
got the due job. People got the choices of their houses. Some preferred eco
friendly while others were quite in hustling bustling crowds. Once there were
flats and apartments there were shopping complexes and malls to meet their
needs. This was a way to curb theft and burglary as everyone could get the
source of their livelihood.
Uttar Pradesh was pacified in
peace and prosperity. Large and giant buildings took the place. The people
could nowhere have to travel in search of livelihood. Those who inherited lands
and buildings from their forefathers were in the win-win situations. People
from other states and cities migrated here and so there were cosmopolitan
atmosphere. Uttar Pradesh became a land of diversity.
