Real estate firm Supertech
Limited today announced a tie-up with Disney Consumer Products India, the
licensing & merchandising arm of The Walt Disney Company India for Disney
inspired homes at their proposed residential project Fable Castle. The project
is a part of Golf Country, a 100-acre integrated township located at Yamuna
Expressway.
Fable Castle is spread over an
area of 7.5 acre in Golf Country and will have about 1,000 apartments of 2, 3
and 4BHK options. In a project specific tie-up, Supertech has hired Disney
India to do interiors and exteriors of Supertech Fable
Castle. Disney India will design rooms inspired by Disney stories and
characters. The area of these apartments will range from 1000 to 2125 sq ft.
In order to provide Disney
experience to the residents, Disney inspired homes will have Disney branded
furnishing, home decor products, colour palettes, bedding products, bath
fittings and more.
Moreover, the project will also
have Disney inspired kids recreational areas such as the swimming pool, play
zone, party and activity areas for kids and families.
The project is eyeing the middle
and upper middle class couples with young kids. “Disney characters and stories
have inspired every generation and this will give an opportunity to all those
who want to have a Disney magic in their homes, especially children who are
attracted to such playful and colourful innovations,” says RK Arora, Chairman
and Managing Director, Supertech Limited.
Arora says that homes at Golf
Country are being offered at Rs 3,000 per sq ft. “With this tie-up, there will
be a rise in prices of Supertech
Fable Castle by 10 per cent.”

Supertech is Disney India’s first real estate project in North India. It is the
licensing deal. Prior to this, the company has been associated with real estate
groups such as Sunteck Realty of Mumbai and Team Taurus in Kolkata. We work
towards bringing alive Disney stories and characters in the form of compelling
products and experiences.”
Disney Home products span across
home solutions including furniture, bedding, rugs, tableware, kitchenware,
fans, paints and bath accessories.
