Real estate sector in India is currently
growing at a very fast rate and tier- II cities are contributing extensively to

developed. Commercial projects like malls, multiplexes were also building.
Modern complexes offering office and retail spaces, which were previously
developed only in Delhi started coming up in these cities. Presently many large
projects of leading developers are being built in these cities.

Budh Nagar of Uttar Pradesh and it is basically an extension of Noida. Among
all NCR cities, large scale real estate development started first in Noida.
When builders shifted their attention from Delhi to NCR cities for development
